This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money is incredible - the prices are very reasonable for the high-quality service and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail is outstanding, especially in the rooms with their modern furniture and amazing view of the mountains. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight, with a delightful selection of local berries jam.

Christmas period stay was satisfactory. We appreciated the complementary hot cider and warm cookies at check-in, and the courtesy shuttle service for transportation around the mountain was very helpful. The surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful, providing a winter wonderland atmosphere for our stay.

the spa amenities were not well-maintained with cold swimming pool and sauna. The lack of clear communication about the non-functioning cable car for nearby attractions caused us to miss out on key activities during our stay.

The rooms and corridors above the 1 floor have only a passage height of 1.90 meters, which for high guests is very annoying because you have to walk constantly stooped.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, nestled deep into the park amidst beautiful mountains. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service here was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities.
